ABOUT AZTECA FC
Azteca FC is a competitive adult and youth athletic club based in Sacramento, California. We offer competitive youth soccer, men's soccer, and youth track and field. The club was founded by Director of Coaching, Rose Shoen, in fall 2013.
Azteca FC is a club dedicated to the development of soccer players from youth to adult. Primary objective is to prepare youth players for the level of collegiate soccer (NCAA DI, DII, DII, NAIA, NJCAA) and to provide opportunities for adult players who want to move onto the professional level.
The Men’s team competes in the Premier and 1st divisions of the San Francisco Soccer Football League (SFSFL).
The youth teams which compete locally in Liga Del Pacifico include: U7, U9, U11, and U13. Liga Del Pacifico is a boy’s league, but female players are allowed by the league to play. Girls who want to compete are welcome to tryout and become part of the Azteca FC soccer family.
Training within the club includes weekly full field, futsal, and strength and conditioning sessions. The U18 and men’s teams have weekly full field sessions.
All players and parents are regularly notified of regional and national opportunities to showcase their talents at: College Identification Camps, Professional Combines, and Olympic Developmental Team Tryouts. We believe that talented players are everywhere and should be given opportunities to compete at the highest levels.
Coach Rose founded this club as a fairly priced opportunity for players who have a desire to compete at the highest level and develop on and off the field.
Azteca FC is a positive environment for youth and adult players to set their goals and achieve them in the game, the classroom, and in their professional career path.

We keep fees fair, push student athletes to the next level, and develop youth players to be complete athletes. Coaching staff are licensed and trained to help players achieve their goals year round. Players are welcome to tryout year round, please message us for additional information.
